Certificate in Leadership Development Program (LDP) and various other management related certificates. My work knowledge and experience include serving in various leadership and Governance roles and structures in my over 18 years employment in the South African National Government Departments, with 14 years served as a Senior Manager. The structures and roles include Strategic Planning and Organisational Performance Monitoring, Public Policy Development, Financial Management and Procurement, Project Management, Audit Committees, Negotiations and Conflict Resolution, Training and Development, Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection, Stakeholder Relations & Management, Transformation and Organisational Development, etc). I also have experience in public and community service and mobilisation obtained through political work, as well as small business acumen as a small business owner. I also have a teaching experience in the academic environment as a part-time lecturer.
