VISION

Establish training programs in the cities of nations of Africa; beginning with South Africa.

The vision of the Institute for Christian Leadership Development is to raise the standard of leadership in society and through the application of Scriptural ethics raise the quality of service in government, business and industry for the revelation of the glory of God among the nations of the earth.

MISSION

The Institute for Christian Leadership Development has embarked on a program intended to build capacity and empower people to develop the nations and affect future generations.

GOALS
  •  Establish a Leadership Training Program for nation builders to develop leaders who are able to inherit the nations and make desolate places habitable (Isaiah 54:3)
  • To identify potential young business and political leaders; and establish them in Biblical philosophy, Godly values and thinking.
  • To establish a generation of Godly men and women to lead businesses and the nations of the world according to Biblical principles.
  • Raise a generation of leaders who are able to develop cities in virtue and Godly ethics.
  • Develop territorial and generational leaders who are able to apply Biblical dynamics to all of life.

S T R A T E G Y
  • Establish a core group of trained resource persons that can travel regularly to present these training programs.
  • Set up and establish administrative, coordinating and resource Center for the Institute.
  • Invite experts in various fields of human endeavor who can regularly deliver lectures to the public on the platform prepared by the Institute.
  • Partner with established organizations, which the Board of the Institute considers helpful towards the realization of the goals of the Institute.


CORE BUSINESS OF THE ORGANISATION

The immediate business of the Institute is Leadership Training. A curriculum has been developed that is presented in the Leadership School that is run by the Institute.

Lectures are presented over a period of seven months each year, either weekly or monthly, as arranged with a local organizing committee. Course participants are required to consistently attend each session. Classes are conducted in English and all correspondences and materials are published in English.

Special modules have been developed for public officers, educators, health workers and businessmen and women.


OTHER AREAS OF OPERATION

CONSULTANCY SERVICES

The Institute also offers consultancy services for leaders in both the public and private sectors.

WORKSHOP AND SEMINARS

ICLD runs regular workshops, seminars and consultations on contemporary issues.

Few of those contemporary issues that were addressed in workshops, seminars and consultations in the past years are listed below:
  • HIV\AIDS – Social Spiritual Response Conference (In South Africa and Western Kenya)
  • 2008/2009 Global Economic meltdown workshop “What believers must know”
  • Israel and the nations Seminars in four cities of South Africa (focuses on educating the body of Christ in South Africa on  prophetic relevance of Israel)
  • Consultation on 2014 South Africa General Elections.
