Board Members
At the Board Meeting held 02 December 2018, the following changes were made to the ICLD Board of Directors:- 

Olusegun Olanipekun - CEO
Olusegun Timothy Olanipekun is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute for Christian Leadership Development.  Olusegun is the visionary leader and founder of the ICLD. Since 1999 he has organized various international conferences to address social, political, economic and spiritual issues in Africa. These conferences attracted participation from more than twenty (20) countries.  His work has been reported in the Charisma Magazine, United States of America.  He is married to Rachael and they have three children.  Pastor Segun is the author of the book:  "The Joshua Generation".

Jaco Smit : Chairman
Jaco is a Quantity Surveyor by profession, married to Sharon and they have three girls. He coordinates and presents training in the different Training Schools that are run by the Institute for Christian Leadership Development. He is a founding member of the ICLD and has helped to pioneer the Leadership Training Programme in South Africa.

Franz de Lange : Finance Director
Franz is a Civil Engineer by profession, married to Corné. Together they have two girls, three boys and five grandchildren. He lives and work in Pretoria. He has 40 years’ experience mainly as a Consulting Engineer. He was a member of the Christian Business Men’s Committee for 20 years and served in their leadership for several years. Franz is the newly appointed Director of Finance for the Institute for Christian Leadership Development.

Thuli Makhene : Director of Training
Thuli has a heart for Israel and is called to stand in the gap on prayer for the holy land and for ten nations, particularly Africa. In ministering the word of God, her desire is to see communities and lives transformed into the likeness of Christ.

Zanele Tshwete - Company Secretary
Zanele is a specialist in training and development. She has 20 years experience  in the education sector. She is presently working as the Benchmarking and Accreditation Specialist for CSIR in the Consulting and Analytical Unit.
